A charming cottage in the grounds of Dunsley Hall Country House Hotel approx 1 mile from the quaint coastal village of Sandsend and 3 miles from Whitby. Ideal for both families and walkers. This cottage has the benefit of the use of the facilities available at the hotel i.e. nine-hole putting course, croquet lawn and hard surface tennis court. One well behaved dog welcome.

Ground Floor: Entrance porch. Kitchen/diner with lovely old range fireplace(not in use)with boiler and storage cupboard leading off. Further storage cupboard housing fridge/freezer. Bathroom with white three piece suite and shower cubicle. Comfortable lounge with marble fireplace and panoramic views of the countryside and the sea. First Floor: Stairs leading onto landing area. Double bedroom with cupboard space and having panoramic views. Twin bedroom with cupboard space and lovely views of the hotel and grounds. Single Bedroom. Outside: Fenced lawned garden area.
